Warb :o
Hihi :D
Sry for the delay, I've been busy and stressed D: But today is a holiday in Ontario! Yay! :D Tho it's non statuatory so some ppl still have to work :(
Neways.. so this is what I got this week :D
Blue Beetle - #29
Catwoman - #81
Green Lantern - #33
Huntress: Year One - #6 (of 6)
Justice Society of America Annual - #1
Rawr... so yus :D Due to sudden money constraints I may have to cut down on my comic buying by a lot :( Sadly, that might spell the end of BB which I haven't been enjoying as much since Rogers left :( But we'll see :O A lot of the books I like have been cancelled tho, so that's helped my money a little... >.>;;
So onto the SSRs! :D
Blue Beetle - #29 - I didn't rly like this issue :( While I thought the characterization was good in parts, in other parts it was just very "wtf"? Plus I had some problems with how they're so far handling the sensitive subject they're tackling and the messages they're sending :( There were some cute moments tho, but in general I didn't rly enjoy this issue at all :( 2/5
Catwoman - #81 - Yay Catwoman! I liked this issue cuz it was fun and a nice break from some of the more serious depressing stories in Catwoman of late :D Also Batman's in it! :D I'm going to miss Selina when this series ends :( 4/5
Green Lantern - #33 - This is kind of a slower issue as there's a lot of exposition and stuff, but it's still a good read and it continues to develop the characters :D Plus I like seeing Sinestro as a good guy xD I'm rly enjoying this retelling of Hal's origin story arc! :D 4/5
Huntress: Year One - #6 (of 6) - YAY HUNTRESS!!! This is a fantastic end to a fantastic series and I rly rly enjoyed it :D It had some problems like the previous issues, the dialogue is a little clunky, the pacing is uneven and seems to be rly rushed at the end, and there was one scene where I thought the analysis of established characters was a bit off. :\ But I still rly liked it. :D I LOVE Helena here, and I loved her development as a hero and how kickass awesome she is in general! :D My only problem is there seems to be a lot left hanging at the end and I rly hope for a Huntress: Year Two to come out and solve all this soon! This is still an amazing read tho. :] 4.5/5
Justice Society of America Annual - #1 - This was kinda neat at first :D But the ending was kinda predictable D: I did enjoy seeing different takes on the chars tho and seeing Earth-2 and how it's changed :] But.. I dunno.. b/c of the ending, it just kinda feels like the whole story had no real impact on nething and it was kinda blah-ish. It was kinda fun to read tho :D I just kinda was left wondering "what was the point?" at the end. :( 2.5/5
Meow meow :D Neways that's it :D My plan is to review all 6 issues of Huntress back to back to back to hopefully get myself back into long reviews.. xD I'm lazy D: Also busy :O
Neways, there's some stuff I need to do now. >.>;; Be goods! :D *hugs*

2 angel hugs! :D:
I agree about the ending to JSA Annual. It was fun until the end, and then it was all "ooh, who is Power Girl? are we gonna mess with her origin again?" and that's very boring. Johns' big weakness is that he loves that metafictional malarkey and gets derailed by it. Ah well. it was good up till that point.
I thought the JSA Annual was okay, but it was lacking at the end.
I suspect the second Power Girl is actually some kind of illusion created by Doctor Fate and the Spectre because they're afraid Peej will "infect" their universe, just like Kal-L and Alex Luthor thought in Infinite Crisis.
