Teen Titans - #46 Review or What exactly does Adam Beechen have against Batgirl?

Synopsis: The old Teen Titans and the new Teen Titans team up against Deathstroke and his evil Teen Titans XD

Deathstroke claims that everything he's doing is for a master plan :O

Much fighting ensues. :|

Deathstroke defeats Nightwing like he's nothing >.>;;

Donna Troy, Ravager, Jericho, Nightwing AND Batgirl attack him.

He defeats them like they're nothing.

Batgirl doesn't even get to fight, Ravager misses with her sword and hits Batgirl on the head and knocks her out >.>;;

More fighting ensues :|

Raven sends the demon curse back into Kid Devil's body, freeing Kid Crusader. :O

Match beats up Robin and Wonder Girl >.>;;;

Flash beats up Inertia and breaks his legs knowing he'll heal them quickly. He throws Inertia at Match. o_O

More fighting where Deathstroke pwns everybody except Batgirl who is unconscious. =_=;;

Finally all the other villains are defeated, and the heroes (and Batgirl who is miraculously back up) attack Deathstroke in one big gang up! :O

Batgirl says she's going to kill Deathstroke and leaps at him, but he does a weird ninja technique and shifts forward by a foot, causing Batgirl to miss and...

trip and hit her head on the ground.. she's knocked out for the rest of the issue.

Deathstroke cuts off Cyborg's arm cannon and uses it to take out the other Titans o_O;;;

Much more fighting ensues where Deathstroke continues to completely beat Nightwing, Robin, Beast Boy, Cyborg, Ravager, Jericho, Wonder Girl, Donna Troy, Miss Martian, Duella Dent, Flash and Kid Devil. :\

*headdesk*

Match revives and attacks the Titans and Jericho takes control of his body :O

Deathstroke runs off as the giant wooden T collapses :O

Beast Boy notes that Batgirl and Duella Dent have gone missing (Batgirl prolly got up, took a few steps, fell off a cliff and knocked herself unconscious again). =_=;;

That or a gentle breeze put her in a coma >:O

Flash runs off to pursue Inertia who ran off as well. :O

Ravager and Jericho are accepted into the Titans cuz.. y'know.. they never were before >.>;;;

Deathstroke hangs out with Inertia in a back alley watching Flash run by them. Inertia says that he's mislead Flash and he'll never find them XD

Deahstroke promises to get Inertia in with some villains and then says that he did all this to make the Titans care about Ravager and Jericho and give them a family cuz he cares about them but he doesn't think he'd be a good parent. >.>;;

Where do I even begin!? >:O

*sighs*

Besides that this was the third book where pointless fighting happened, we also get that Deathstroke is now super invincible :\

If this was Dragon Ball, I'd say that I have no idea what his power level is nemore XD

First he can defeat the entire Justice League single handedly, then Nightwing can beat him on his own, then it takes Batman, Nightwing and Robin to beat him, then Green Arrow can beat him on his own, but ALL of the past and present Teen Titans can't lay a glove on him!? :O

This includes both Wonder Girls >:|

I wun even talk about the Batgirl thing :\

Res ipsa loquitur.

The thing speaks for itself. >:O

I'll just let Joel rant about Beechen's abuse of Batgirl :|

I'm hoping she doesn't turn up dead suddenly in the next issue since apparently a Titan will die and she's mysteriously missing o_o;;;

That would be an awful... AWFUL.. way for Batgirl to go :(

Even if Inertia mislead Flash. He's FLASH!!!! >:O He's within a city block of them, he doesn't have to follow a trail, he can just quickly check every street and alley! It'd take him like a few seconds! >:O

So Deathstroke set ALL this up just so the Titans would accept two ppl that they've alrdy accepted? o_O;;;

Um.. ok. >:|

When did the man who caused his daughter to rip out her own eye and put a radioactive xenomineral in its place start caring about her? :\

*sigh*

This whole plotline was meaningless :\ They "fixed" Batgirl only to spend 2 issues making her look useless :(

And it was just a bunch of mindless fighting which can be neatly summer up into 2 parts:

Deathstroke beats everybody.

Match keeps showing up to fight Wonder Girl and make her angst.

*sighs*

*shakes head*

I'll flip thru the next issue and see if the "death" is actually a death :\

But this is prolly where I'm dropping the book for good. :(

Recommendation: You can read fan fiction for free online, why would you want to pay 3 dollars to read Adam Beechen's? XD
