Hi! This is just a blog for my own personal thoughts on the comics I buy each week! :D

Supergirl cover?
My friend JD linked me to this:
o_O
That doesn't inspire hope in me for Supergirl >.>;;;
It seems like she's continuing her "I dun care about nething" thing where she does her Mary-Sue pwnage of powerful DC characters (like beating up the Justice League and Luthor before). :\
Hey Ami, may I make a quick comic suggestion? While I am not in any way a fan of the charector if you do want what I thought was a very touching and great read (except for the very end) check out Punisher War Journal #4, came out this past week. It's the story of the wake of a super-villain (not much of a villain perhaps, after all it is Stilt Man) and is a wonderful chance to view super-villains in a whole new light. So if you have a few extra bucks take a look and let me know what you thought.
Okay! Thx! I'll check it out if next Wed is light for me :]
I'm not a big fan of the Punisher (esp with what my sister tells me about him and what he does to ppl) but I'll trust you that it's a good read :D So I'll try to get it!
Yeah, it is good, especially if your a fan of some of the older b-list villains. Like I said, the last 2 pages or so kind of arn't good (I guess they had to have the Punisher there somehwere in his own book, but I would have preferred not seeing him or the cheesy way they ended such a almost kind hearted look at these villains), but if you can look past the ending then it's an awsome read. It helps if you either know your old villains well or if you can look them up in a who's who type thing. I've been reading comics for 21 years now and even I had to look up one or two of them. But I love the way they portray them, and I even love the Spidy visit.
That's the cover to the Brave and the Bold #4. I wouldn't read too much into it re the future of Supergirl; its just taking the character as she is now. It actually looks kinda fun.

Yeah, that does not look good for the future of Supergirl.
but is sure looks good for the future of Lobo!
The art looks like Perez, so hopefully, it's just a one-off Brave & Bold team-up. Keeping fingers crossed, though, to be on the safe side.
No Mela that is a cover for an upcoming Supergirl issue. I'll see if I can find the preview for it.
